Korean artists with the most weeks charting on Billboard Japan



The list of Korean artists who charted on the Billboard Japan chart up to August 2021 was updated. Twice who debuted in 2015 ranked first with an impressive number of 851 weeks on the chart, followed by BTS with 643 weeks. Bigbang takes a solid 3rd position with 198 weeks, Blackpink ranked 4th with 176 weeks followed by Jaejoong who kicked off his solo promotions in Japan starting in 2018 ranked 5th with 142 weeks. This makes him the Korean solo artist with the most weeks on Billboard Japan surpassing his former group TVXQ who ranked 6th. Rounding out the top 10 is KARA, then Girls Generation, then BoA, and Itzy ranked 10th without an official Japanese debut :
